I have the manifold and TB off my 2003 TL-P, had a question about the cleaning process.
Ive cleared out all the EGR related gunk (including the ports at each cylinder), but was wondering if I should remove the intake manifold chambers as well (the things connected to the sides of the manifold with allen head bolts)
Couldnt find it in the DIY, or if its there I missed it.
Also, is it OK to disassemble the IACV to pull the rotor portion out to clean it separately? I notice there is plenty of carbon on the rotor but since I cant move it with it off the car I dont know how to reach all the spots.
Thanks in advance.
